Product Introduction:
Paper Pulp Moulding Machine uses waste paper as raw material and it can produce different kinds of products according to your requirements,such as egg trays/dishes ,egg cartons/boxes,fruit trays,industrial trays,seeding trays and small products packages ,etc. The products produced by our machine are up to the environment requirements.

Specification for 30 packed egg trays

Small capacity semi-automatic forming machine is suitable for low production requirements.
Products forming process and drying process are finished through the semi-automatic equipment with workers operating for the connection during the two processes.
The production line applies to production of egg tray ,fruit tray ,coffee-cup tray ,medical tray ,craft works as well as inner package for industrial products.
The formed products can be dried by sunshine ,but need to make simple drying shelf.
Take 30 cells egg tray for example :capacity is from 300pcs/h – 1000pcs/h.
Also we can supply personal project based on customers’ different requirements.
